White UV Curable Solder Mask for PCB Making

This Solder Mask protects the metal traces on your custom PCBs and perfboards from oxidation over time. Just smear on and cure with UV light.

• Usage Instructions:
  • Fully stir the solder mask. Do not dilute.
  • Apply UV curable solder mask on your PCB in drops
  • Place a thin plastic sheet on top of the PCB and solder mask drops you've applied and use a thick card to spread solder mask into a uniformly thin layer
  • Optional: Apply a stencil over the board if desired for silkscreening
  • Expose it under UV light ( or direct sunlight ) for a few minutes (depends on what type of UV curing oven or UV light source you use)
  • You can wash away any excess solder mask with gasoline-based-solvent or oil-based-solvent
