This Peltier Thermoelectric Cooler / Heater takes in any voltage from 0 - 15.2V and turns it into heat & cold! The higher the voltage, the greater the temperature difference, the hotter the hot side gets and the colder the cold side gets.
This is super great for personal air conditioning projects, making mini fridges, drink warmers/coolers, CPU cooling devices and many other cooling & heating devices.
