It’s an open-source single-board computer. It can run Raspberry Pi software, Android 4.4, Ubuntu, Debian & Banana Pi Images. It uses the 1.6Ghz quad core Cortex A7 ARM AllWinner H3 SoC, and has 1GB DDR3 SDRAM, 8GB eMMC onboard memory and built in Wifi.

The Orange Pi PC Plus with built in wifi, 1G of RAM and 8GB of onboard memory is a little PC that can be used like any other computer and can run a full range of ARM GNU/Linux distributions including Raspberry Pi images, Ubuntu, Debian, and also Android 4.4! USB mice and keyboard compatible with ethernet connectivity and high-definition video capabilities. The Orange Pi PC Plus boasts a quad core processor (H3 Quad-core Cortex-A7 H.265/HEVC 4K), built in wifi with external antenna, 8GB of onboard storage as well as a microSD card reader to boot off and store to a microSD card. Mali400MP2 GPU @600MHz graphics card for enhanced graphics as well! Other extra features include a built in IR receiver for controlling via a remote control, on board microphone and Power button! Pinout is the same as the Raspberry Pi 3, 2 & B+ models so you have a stronger processor and extra features combined with compatibility!
In summary, the Orange Pi PC Plus is the big brother to the Orange Pi PC with built in wifi and added 8GB of eMMC onboard memory. It also has a quadcore chipset (1.6Ghz Quad core Cortex A7 ARM AllWinner H3), built-in IR receiver, power button, mic, separate debug TTL pins so you don't waste your GPIO pins, the same amount of RAM, same I/O pins as the Raspberry Pi, 3 USB ports, an ethernet port, USB OTG port, camera port, HDMI and composite video/audio outputs and microSD card storage as the Raspberry Pi 3.
