Meaures the number of rotations your wheels make with this rotary encoder & wheel set. Useful for ensuring your robot has error correction to keep on a 100% straight path! It works by having an infrared light beam shine between the 2 black pegs on the encoder. As the wheel rotates and intercepts the light beam, your signal will alternate between High and Low.
